I’m on a train.
I really wish I could remember the rest of that quote from Inception.
We just left Bangkok, heading south to Prachuap Khiri Khan. It’s supposed to be an up and coming destination, meaning that some tourists found it, but not all of them.
Khaosan Road was just chalk full of tourists. It loses it’s appeal after a day if you’re not there to drink stupidly and partake in lady-boys. It seems like a tourist trap where things are marked up and frivolous. I don’t know why every vendor thinks I need a suit in this heat.
Hopefully Prachuap Khiri Khan is better with less suits.
This train is bumpy.
It’s amazing how much the city changes as soon as you get on the outskirts.
Your pictures definitely shows the difference in how people live!
